Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order verification, processing and fulfilment before shipment. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the available tracking information.
Where Orders Are Shipped From
C&O works with a network of suppliers and fulfilment partners in different locations.
Depending on the product, stock availability and delivery destination, your order may be shipped from a fulfilment centre in the United States, Europe, Asia or another international location.
If your order contains more than one product, the items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. Where available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after order processing are:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 7–15 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
These delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by the shipping destination, supplier location, carrier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free-shipping promotions apply only when clearly stated on the product page, promotional offer or checkout page.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Where required, applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout. Depending on the customer’s country and the shipment’s origin, additional import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier-handling fees may be imposed when the order reaches its destination.
Unless the checkout page clearly states that duties and taxes are included, any additional import charges are the customer’s responsibility. C&O does not control or determine charges imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers.
Customers are advised to contact their local customs authority for further information before ordering.
If a customer refuses delivery because of unpaid customs duties or taxes, any refund will be considered only after the parcel has been returned to the supplier or designated return location. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges and carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided by email when it becomes available.
Please allow up to 5 business days after shipment for the tracking system to display an update. Temporary gaps between tracking updates do not necessarily mean that the shipment has been lost.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
C&O is not responsible for orders delayed, returned or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or inaccurate address supplied by the customer. Additional reshipping costs may apply.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please review the tracking information and contact us at sami_nour@hotmail.com.
We will contact the supplier or shipping carrier and assist with investigating the shipment. A shipment will not be considered lost until the carrier or fulfilment partner confirms that it is lost or the applicable investigation period has passed.
